About Mary Anne

I am an Alabama Girl with South Carolina Roots. My father was born and raised in Moncks Corner, SC so I spent summertime, vacations and holidays here in the Carolinas for most of my life. In March 2014 my husband’s company had a job opening in Columbia, so we jumped at the chance to move here and I love living here in the Midlands and for the 1st time in live near my SC family. My Dad lives with us and we enjoy having him here.Prior to real estate, I had a successful 30 yr career in Transportation Management. I was brought up in a real estate family. My Dad developed subdivisions and built houses and this provided me with hands on experience that allow me to make a smooth transition over to real estate in 2008 in Huntsville, AL with Keller Williams. When I came to SC it was starting over trying to meet to fill up my pipeline again. I worked with C21V for the past 2 1/2 yrs but it was time to move on. “Treating clients like family” is both a guiding principle and a way of life for me. I am dedicated in listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties and neighborhoods that best suit their needs. I love meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call “HOME” is a passion of mine.
